Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your tablecloth, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Made to Order Items
All of our tablecloths are made to order, including size, shape, and parasol hole options. Because of this, they are considered customised items.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customised or made-to-order items are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation rights, unless faulty.
Parasol Hole & Sizing
We clearly display the dimensions of our tablecloths and parasol holes on each product page.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct size is selected before ordering.
We are unable to accept returns where:

The tablecloth does not fit your table

The parasol hole is not the correct size for your parasol
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will offer:

A replacement

Or a full refund
Goodwill Returns
While we are not obliged to accept returns on made-to-order items, we understand that sometimes issues arise.
At our discretion, we may accept returns if:

The item is unused

In original condition and packaging and folded as per delivery

Returned within 14 days of delivery
If accepted:

A refund will be issued minus original postage costs

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
Colour & Appearance
We do our best to display colours as accurately as possible, however slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting.
