🛍️ Returns for Incorrect Size or Change of Mind

At present, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for items ordered in the wrong size, colour, or design. Please make sure to check all measurements and product details carefully before placing your order. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out to us before purchasing — we’re happy to help!

We’re a small business and each order is packed with care, so returning due to incorrect sizing unfortunately isn’t something we can accommodate at this time.

🔧 Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we will of course put things right. Please email us within 7 days of delivery, ideally with photos and we will be in touch.
