All orders are subject to availability.
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after dispatch.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if there is an issue with stock, payment, or pricing.

3. Prices & Payments

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).
We accept secure payments via Stripe, PayPal, and credit/debit cards.
Prices may be updated at any time, but you’ll always be charged the price shown at checkout.

4. Shipping

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 shipping.
Delivery estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

5. Returns & Refunds Garden Tablecloth

You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.
Custom-sized or personalised tablecloths are non-refundable unless faulty.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.
