Refund Policy
We hope you love your tablecloth – but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
🛍️ Returns
You’re welcome to return your item within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, and in their original condition

Items must be returned with original packaging (where possible)

Proof of purchase (like your order number or email) is required
To start a return, please email us at hello@gardentablecloth.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
🚫 Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on:

Custom-sized or made-to-order tablecloths
-
Items marked as final sale

Used or washed tablecloths
-
Gift cards (if applicable)
💸 Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for your refund to appear in your account.
We’ll email you once the refund has been processed.
📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty

We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage

If the return is due to a fault or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return postage and arrange a replacement or full refund
⚠️ Damaged or Faulty Items
We check every tablecloth before it leaves us, but if something slips through, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery.
Email hello@gardentablecloth.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue – we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
